Best 3 Wheel Pushchairs
All-terrain stroller that is lightweight, durable and offers great maneuverability. The compact fold that can be folded with just one hand makes it easy to transport. It can also stand on its own when folded. The padded seat reclines to a nearly flat position and there's a giant storage bin and canopy. The suitability for newborns is yes and with a carrycot.
A good suspension and air-filled tires can help you navigate through rough terrain. You can also use it for jogging. However, you must wait until the baby is at least 6 or 9 months old.
Ickle Bubba Air
This pushchair from Ickle Bubba is an excellent option for parents looking for lightweight strollers with added features. This travel system includes an adjustable carrycot that can be folded flat for newborns and an adjustable rear and forward facing seat for the pushchair.
The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it has received such high marks from its customers. It's incredibly light - the chassis and wheels weigh just 6.5kg and it's super-easy to build. I was able to get it up and running in under five minutes. This is amazing considering that it includes attaching fabric for the carrycot.

The seat is spacious and comfortable for Annie, who is 12 months old. The recline lever was easy to use. There's a good amount of space inside the basket and I like the fact that it has an open-top pocket on the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone secure!
The only slight downside is the handlebar is low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's coated in a lovely leather-like material that is soft and comfy and wipes down easily, meaning it's still easy to push with bags and children on your hands!
Hauck Pushchair Runner
The Runner is a great choice for parents who enjoy exploring and are always on the move. The large pneumatic wheels are able to be used on field and forest trails. The front wheel is lockable and swivels to allow for greater versatility. It also has a padded 5-point safety harness and front bar to keep your little one safe on all trips, while the parking brake effectively stops the stroller from moving when you rest. The comfortable seat is simple to recline to a comfortable lying position, and the canopy opens to reveal with netting to ensure maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to fit the needs of dad or mum.
The Runner will accompany you on any adventure whether it's a leisurely run, a more strenuous hike or a long distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat with suspension air wheels for an easy ride. The front wheel can be locked to provide greater stability on narrow streets or overcrowded sidewalks. The stroller can also fold in order to fit into car boot spaces and storage areas.
Some parents have reported that the Runner 2 to be a bit more difficult to navigate than its predecessor, and the locking mechanism is less user-friendly (requiring two buttons on either side of the push bar). The handlebars are higher than some competitors, so they might not be suitable for shorter parents. However the stroller is strong and a lot of fun and is a good option for families with active children.
Red Kite Push Me Pace
The Pace is another great offering from Red Kite, an affordable British brand that prides itself on making easy-to-use and simple essentials for parents. It's the latest - and priciest - product in their bargain-priced lightweight stroller line. It like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo, is car seat adaptable so that you can use it from birth (the carrycot folds away).
The new Pace features some stunning design features, including a rose gold tint to the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which truly distinguish it from its competition. The cream, grey, and tan fabrics in the stroller and the car seat are super elegant and there is the option of adding an coordinating handle for the cover and bumper bar as well.
The stroller seat can be used from birth until a maximum weight of 22kg. It converts easily to a two-in-one reversible position, which is either parent-facing or facing the world. The stroller seat has multiple lie-back positions, soft padded legs rests, and an extendable sun canopy with concealed zip sections with a view-through flap, and a retractable visor.
Furthermore, when folded, the Pace is 56 x 43 x 32cm which means it passes for hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among other carriers. It's also easy to fold down, using two buttons on the handlebar's opposite side that you can click into and pop up.
Bugaboo Fox 5,
Created to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller, Bugaboo's new Fox 5 promises to do it all. 3 wheel buggy features a shorter wheel distance, making it more manoeuvrable than its predecessor. I tested it with my two kids one of whom is eight weeks old and the other toddler - on rough pavements along with grassy wooded trails and even cobblestones.
The large, puncture-proof wheels - 22cm or 30cm in diameter - can handle various terrains. They also come with a handy flap that opens or closes to let more air to circulate should you need it, which is a nice touch. It's a bit bigger than other pushchairs, but doesn't feel heavy or bulky when you push it over bumpy surfaces.
The seat fabric is machine washable, and the frame and faux leather grips are simple to clean. It is also quieter than other pushchairs, and I felt comfortable using it in busy urban streets. It has built-in accessory points, so you can attach footmuffs and parasols and also changing bags, snack trays, and even snack tray. The hood can be used to block rain and wind, but it's not waterproof. It's a single pram, but you can attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child some extra legroom. The bassinet took around 20 minutes to set up, and it took the same amount of time to transform it into a seat.

The Ridge's reversible seats allows you to choose whether your child is facing you or the world in front. The simple foot brake system makes it intuitive for parents who are just starting out. The reversible handlebar is a great feature that allows you to adjust it to suit your height. In contrast to other strollers for jogging the Ridge folds solid and self-standing when folded.
iCandy Core
The new iCandy pushchair is packed with features that will be awe-inspiring to parents. It features a Multi-Mode wheelbase and an LED Visibility Hub light that's a first in the industry. It also comes with an integrated Ride-on Board which will save you money in the future and makes it simple for an exhausted toddler to join you on family outings.
The Core can be purchased as a single or as a complete travel system and it is compatible with all the popular car seats from brands like Cybex, Maxi Cosi and Joie. As with all iCandy pushchairs, it's luxuriously constructed and comes with premium knitted jersey fabric. The handlebar that parents can adjust and the child's bumper bar that can be detached are made of soft leatherette. The folded calf support can be very comfortable for children.
It was amazing how quickly it collapsed and folded, even with the seat unit still attached. It fits easily in your car or hallway, making it ideal to travel with. The iCandy Core comes with lots of extra accessories, including a colour matching changing rucksack and footmuff/liner.
