Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile, multi-purpose stroller. It can be converted from a single stroller to double strollers by adding an additional seat (sold separately) or a glider board. The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be configured to be a triple travel system with the addition of a bench or an infant car seat. It offers 24 configurations in all and is the most highly rated stroller. The model is made of Baby Jogger’s soft and breathable, sustainably sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate the temperature. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller, UPPAbaby Vista V2, and is lighter, too.

It features a medium-sized shade and an open-air window with a magnet, which is easy to open or close. The telescoping handlebar is among of the easiest to adjust and works for parents of all sizes. The seats recline and come with a footwell adjustment knob to allow you to place your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin is large, but we wish it had an opening that was more secure. It's easy to access but we found the zippers to be a bit difficult to use since they have to be removed completely and reattached to each use.

The City Select, like its counterparts, has single-action brakes that are simple to set up and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and a step up from the clunky brake levers some competitors use.

This is the only stroller in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats making it an ideal alternative for twins, or for parents with just one child and a new baby on the way. It is compatible with all major brands' infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models, Cybex Aton and Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is an excellent option for families that already own a car seat but need a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you might be better served with another convertible stroller in this case.
